उत्तर-पूर्व में नारी मुक्ति आंदोलन की भारी क्षति है अंजु बर्कटकी का जाना

एक पतली-दुबली छरहरे बदन की साधारण सी दिखने वाली महिला को देखकर किसी को आभास न होता कि वह न सिर्फ असम के लिए ,   बल्कि संपूर्ण उत्तर पूर्व के लिए क्रान्तिकारी-जनवादी आंदोलन और नारी मुक्ति आंदोलन की मिसाल बनेंगी। इस महिला का नाम था अंजु बर्कटकी और दुर्भाग्यवर्श वह मस्तिष्क के कैंसर से जूझती हुई 11 दिसम्बर को हमें छोड़कर चली गईं। मृदु-भाषी ,   सौम्य और अत्यन्त धैर्यवान इस महिला का असम के नारी आंदोलन में योगदान भुलाया नहीं जा सकता। अंजु बर्कटकी एक आम परिवार से आती थीं और डिब्रूगढ़ के गवर्मेंट गर्ल्स हायर सेकेन्डरी स्कूल से 1974 में मैट्रिक परीक्षा पहली श्रेणी से पास करके निकलीं। उसके बाद उन्होंने स्नातक परीक्षा हनुमानबक्स सूरजमल कनोई कॉलेज डिब्रूगढ़ से उत्तीर्ण की। अंजु बचपन से अत्यन्त संवेदनशील थीं और क्योंकि उनका जन्म नगालैंड (जो उस समय असम का ही एक हिस्सा था) के कोहिमा में हुआ था ,   उन्होंने बचपन से देखा था कि उनकी मां की उम्र की औरतें कैसे सरकारी दमन के विरुद्ध संघर्ष कर रही थीं। 1978 में डिब्रूगढ़ विश्वविद्यालय से अंग्रेज़ी साहित्य में स्नातकोत्तर करने के दौर में ही अंजु का सम्पर्क कुछ अध

 सोनभद्र घटना पर ऐपवा का बयान  ---------------------------------------------- *सोनभद्र में व्हील चेयर पर जिंदगी गुजार रहे माले नेता कमरेड कलीम को योगी की पुलिस ने किया जबरन गिरफ्तार और भेजा जेल  *कलीम की बेटी के साथ पुलिस  ने की बदसलूकी  *परिवार के सदस्यों पर लगाईं फर्जी आपराधिक धाराएं उत्तर प्रदेश के सोनभद्र जिले के राबर्ट्सगंज ब्लाक में बीते 5 जून यानी पर्यावरण दिवस वाले दिन मजदूर और किसानों के पक्ष में आवाज़ उठाने के एवज़ में व्हील चेयर पर जिंदगी गुजर बसर कर रहे का. कलीम  को अस्पताल से असंवैधानिक, अमानवीय तरीका अपनाते हुए गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेज दिया। वह कल संयुक्त किसान मोर्चा के राष्ट्रीय आह्वान पर एसडीएम को ज्ञापन देने एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल में शामिल थे। लकवाग्रस्त कलीम  जब अस्पताल में अपनी फिजियोथेरेपी करवा रहे थे तब पुलिस वहां पहुंच गई, उनके साथ मारपीट की और व्हीलचेयर केसाथ उन्हें गिरफ्तार करके जेल भेज दिया। कलीम जी की बेटी (कक्षा 12 की  छात्रा) जो उस वक्त उनके साथ थी ने जब अपने पिता का बचाव किया तो गैर कानूनी ढंग से शर्मनाक ढंग से पुलिस (पुरुष) ने उसे थप्पड़ मारे, गाली गलौच की  उसके बाद

Freedom from Debt Day observed across Country

Lakhs of women across the country responded to AIPWA's call for Freedom from Debt Day on 13 August 2020 and came out on the streets with their demands which are as follows:  Freedom from Debt Day 13 August 2020 1. Waive group loans of all women in Self Help Groups. 2. Waive all Lockdown period installments of individual loans up to Rs 1 lakh, whether they are loans taken from government, micro-finance companies or private banks. 3. Stay debt collection on all small loans till 31 March 2021. 4. Ensure employment for women in Self Help Groups and procurement of their products. 5. Make loans up to Rs 1 lakh interest-free. 6. Make education loans interest-free. 7. Form a State level Regulatory Authority for group loans. 8. Interest rate for loans for self-employment up to Rs 10 lakhs should be 0-4%. 9. उप्र के बांदा जनपद के करछा गांव में युवक युवती की बर्बर हत्या के खिलाफ ज्ञापन

उत्तर प्रदेश में महिला संगठनों ने बंदा जनपद के करछा गाँव में युवक- युवती की हत्या के खिलाफ राज्यपाल को ज्ञापन सौंपा:  उत्तर प्रदेश के महिला संगठनों के प्रतिनिधि बांदा के गांव में युवक और युवती की नृशंस हत्या से बहुत विचलित हैं। हम कहना चाहते हैं कि बांदा में युवक और नाबालिग युवती को यातना देकर दिनदहाड़े जलाए जाने की अमानुषिक घटना सभ्य समाज के लिए कलंक है और पितृसत्ता की बर्बरता का घृणित नमूना है। इसने भाजपा राज में क़ानून व्यवस्था की कलई खोल कर रख दिया है, जाहिर है कानून के राज का खौफ खत्म हो गया है । मीडिया में छपी खबरों के अनुसार इस स्वजातीय युवक-युवती के बीच प्रेम-संबंध था और वे शादी करने वाले थे, लेकिन जहरीले पितृसत्तात्मक विचारों के शिकार परिवारीजनों को यह नितांत स्वाभाविक मानवीय सम्बन्ध भी स्वीकार नहीं हुआ और उन्होंने इनकी नृशंसतापूर्वक हत्या कर दिया। हमारे समाज में पहले से मौजूद पितृसत्तात्मक वर्चस्व को हाल के वर्षों में RSS की महिला विरोधी, विचारधारा ने महिमामंडित करके पूरे वातावरण को और भी विषाक्त बना दिया है तथा ऐसा अपराध करने वालों को नैतिक बल, वैधता और तर्क मुहैया कराया है।
